Data is collected on ossysoft.com through the contact form only: your name, your email address, the project type you select, and the project details you share in your message. Beyond that, the site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking tools, and there is no membership system.
The information you send through the form is used for a single purpose: replying to your quote request and assessing what your project needs. It is not used to build a marketing list, and no bulk email is sent.
Form submissions are delivered as email through the form infrastructure provider Web3Forms and stored in the ossysoft mailbox. Your data is not sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes with third parties; it passes through the form infrastructure provider only so that delivery can technically take place. If you prefer to get in touch over WhatsApp, that correspondence is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta) own privacy terms.
Correspondence about your request is kept until the request is concluded and for as long as a possible business relationship requires. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time by writing to info@ossysoft.com.
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the data controller for the personal data you share through ossysoft.com is Osman Uluhan (ossysoft).
The name, email address and project details you share through the contact form are processed in order to reply to your quote request, assess your needs and, should you request it, carry out the contract process.
Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK — being "directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract" — together with the legitimate interest in replying to your request. So that the form submission can technically be delivered, the data passes through the servers of the form infrastructure provider Web3Forms; those servers may be located abroad. Beyond this, your data is not transferred or sold to any third party.
